45° Miter Blades & Guides

Clean 45° miter cuts in ceramic tile and porcelain gres require two matched components — a diamond blade engineered for the bevel contact angle, and a guide system that holds the grinder at exactly 45°. Standard diamond blades used at 45° produce chipping and undercutting on the beveled face because the blade geometry and bond formula aren't designed for diagonal contact.
