Dust Collection Systems

Filter Project dust collection systems are industrial-grade source-capture dust collection booths and walls designed for stone fabrication shops, tile cutting operations, and any facility where dry cutting or grinding of stone, tile, or concrete produces airborne silica dust in quantities that require environmental control rather than just personal protection equipment. These are not portable shop vacs — they are fixed or semi-fixed installations that create a controlled-air environment around the cutting or grinding operation.

The range covers wet water suction wall systems (2-meter) that capture dust in a water curtain for zero-dust dry processing; dry automatic self-cleaning booth systems in 10-foot and 13-foot widths with one and two motor configurations for varying production volumes; and the mobile suction arm for flexible positioning around workstations.
