Shipping policy
1. Order Processing Time
In-stock orders placed before 2:00 PM EST on a business day ship the same day.
Orders placed after that, or for items not in stock, are processed within 1–3 business days. You'll receive a shipment confirmation email with tracking; tracking becomes active within 24–48 hours.
If we are experiencing a high volume of orders, shipments may be delayed by a few days. If there is a significant delay, we will contact you via email.
2. Shipping Rates & Delivery Estimates
Shipping charges for your order will be calculated and displayed at checkout.
Estimated delivery times:
- Domestic (U.S.): 3–7 business days
- International: 7–21 business days
Delivery delays can occasionally occur due to carrier issues, customs, or weather conditions.

4. Shipment Confirmation & Order Tracking
You will receive a shipment confirmation email containing your tracking number(s) once your order has shipped.
Tracking numbers will be active within 24–48 hours.
5. Customs, Duties & Taxes
Pro Tool Haus is not responsible for any customs, duties, or taxes applied to your order. All fees imposed during or after shipping are the responsibility of the customer.
