Hard Ceramics Diamond Blades

The DiStar Hard Ceramics range is engineered for the tile materials that push standard porcelain blades past their rated capacity — ultra-dense sintered stone formats like Dekton, Neolith, and Laminam; thick 20mm outdoor porcelain terrace tile; and maximum-density fired ceramic where standard blades overheat, glaze, and produce chipping rather than a clean cut. Hard Ceramics blades use a harder diamond bond matrix than the standard DiStar porcelain range, calibrated specifically for these extreme-hardness materials.
The range includes the Hard Ceramics Diamond Blade in 4.5"–16" for the full angle grinder and wet saw size range; the Hard Ceramics Advanced in 4.5" and 7"–14" for maximum-density sintered stone where even the standard Hard Ceramics bond is insufficient; the Ceramic Silent 8"–10" with noise-dampening sandwich core for installation work in occupied buildings where standard tile saw noise is a compliance issue; and the Gres Master 9" for completing full-thickness cuts through 20mm outdoor terrace tile where smaller blades can't reach cutting depth.
Hard Ceramics blades are not general-purpose upgrades — they are material-specific tools for dense tile that wears standard blades. Running a Hard Ceramics blade on standard-density ceramic produces accelerated bond wear. Match the blade to the material. For standard porcelain and ceramic see Tile & Porcelain Blades. For precision small-format work see Small Precision Blades.
