Description

Multibond 250ml Glue Cartridge – Professional Stone & Porcelain Adhesive

The Multibond 250ml cartridge is a professional-grade, two-part methacrylate seam adhesive engineered for nearly seamless bonding of hard surfaces including quartz, marble, porcelain, sintered stone, engineered stone, glass, travertine, and limestone.

Why Fabricators Choose Multibond

  • Dripless, Non-Sag Consistency – Apply to vertical and horizontal surfaces without mess
  • Extended Working Time – 10–15 minute working time with 5–10 minute de-roping window
  • Low Shrink & Low Exotherm – Minimizes stress on delicate stone surfaces
  • Non-Yellowing Formula – Maintains a clean, invisible seam over time
  • Super Flexibility – Accommodates natural movement in stone installations
  • Color-Confirmed Catalysis – Pigmented activator (small side) confirms full mix every time

Compatible Surfaces

  • Quartz & Engineered Stone
  • Marble & Natural Stone
  • Porcelain & Sintered Stone
  • Glass
  • Travertine & Limestone

Mix Ratio & Cure

Combined at a 10:1 ratio (resin to activator), Multibond achieves approximately 90% of its ultimate strength, stiffness, and toughness within the fixture time. When used with an adhesion promoter/surface cleaner, it bonds effectively to wet stone — though bonding underwater is not recommended.

Application Temperature

Optimal application temperature is 65°F–85°F (18°C–30°C). Cooler temps slow cure; higher temps accelerate it and may affect viscosity. Always bring cartridges to room temperature for 24 hours before use if stored cold.

Storage & Shelf Life

Shelf life is 1 year from manufacture date when stored at room temperature (77°F / 25°C). Refrigerated storage extends shelf life — do not store with food products. Avoid prolonged storage above 100°F (38°C).
