Proxxon Precision Lathe PD 250/E (No. 34002)

The Proxxon Precision Lathe PD 250/E (No. 34002) is Proxxon's full-featured bench lathe for serious hobbyist machinists and small-shop professionals. With a 250mm center distance, 70mm swing, and built-in thread-cutting capability, the PD 250/E handles a wider range of workpieces and operations than compact entry-level lathes — including steel, brass, aluminium, and engineering plastics.

A dedicated mounting flange accepts the Mill/Drill Head PF 230 (No. 34104), converting the PD 250/E into a combined lathe/mill machining center without a second machine footprint. A broad accessory ecosystem — chucks, collets, tool posts, turning tools, and steadies — lets you configure the machine for virtually any turning or milling task.
