Description
The Proxxon Sanding Drum with Caps Carrier (No. 28987) is a fingertip-style drum sanding attachment for Proxxon Micromot rotary tools. Unlike the band-style drum carriers, the caps slip over the rounded tip of the carrier — making them ideal for sanding inside tight curves, concave profiles, and small recesses where a full drum band would be too large. Ten caps are included: 5 at 80 grit for shaping and stock removal, and 5 at 150 grit for intermediate finishing.
Mounts via 3mm shank into any Micromot collet or keyless chuck. Replace caps with the Replacement Sanding Caps (No. 28989) when worn.
