The Proxxon Sanding Pads for OZI/E (No. 28891) are 80-grit replacement sanding sheets for the Proxxon Delta Sander OZI/E (No. 38520). Made from durable aluminum oxide with a special anti-clog filler coating, they deliver aggressive stock removal, rust removal, and initial shaping in corners, tight angles, and edges — the areas where the OZI/E's pointed delta tip excels. The hook-and-loop (Velcro) backing makes pad changes fast and tool-free. Sold as a box of 25.

The 80 grit is the coarsest in the OZI/E pad range — start here for heavy material removal and initial surface prep, then step up through 150 and 240 grit for finishing.
