Description
The Proxxon Tungsten Carbide Cutter Set (No. 28750) is a 2-piece set of solid tungsten carbide rotary burrs for Proxxon Micromot tools, including one sphere-profile cutter and one cylinder-profile cutter. Tungsten carbide construction enables vibration-free milling at high accuracy in extremely hard materials — steel, cast steel, non-ferrous metals, and plastics — where HSS bits would wear quickly or deflect.
The dual shank compatibility (3mm and 2.35mm) makes these cutters usable across the full range of Proxxon Micromot collet sizes. Ideal for technical engraving, PCB milling, and precision material removal in hard materials.
Applications
- Milling and shaping in steel and cast steel
- Non-ferrous metal work (aluminium, brass, copper)
- Plastics milling and shaping
- Technical engraving
- PCB milling and circuit board work
- High-accuracy dimensional milling
