Description
The Proxxon Silicone Polishing Wheels (No. 28294) are a 10-pack of ×22mm (7/8") rubberized abrasive polishing wheels for Proxxon Micromot tools, on 2.35mm shanks. Unlike rigid grinding wheels, the rubberized (silicone) bonding gives these wheels a degree of flexibility and conformability — making them ideal for surface smoothing and polishing rather than aggressive material removal.
Use them as the finishing step after grinding or sanding to remove fine burrs, scratch marks, and surface irregularities across a wide range of materials: precious metals, non-ferrous metals, hardened metals, tensile steels, glass, porcelain, wood, rubber, and plastic.
