The Proxxon Spare Cutting Wires for THERMOCUT 12/E (No. 28082) are replacement cutting wires for the Proxxon Hot Wire Cutter THERMOCUT 12/E (No. 27082). Unlike the spool-format wire for the THERMOCUT 115/E, these are supplied as 10 individual pre-cut wires that are easy to bend — allowing them to be shaped into curves and custom profiles before installation. This makes them ideal for contoured foam cutting, model building, and any application where a straight wire cut isn't sufficient.
The THERMOCUT 12/E's 12V design and shapeable wire capability make it the tool of choice for model builders and hobbyists who need to cut complex foam shapes — and these replacement wires keep it running.
