Description
The Proxxon Stainless Steel Bristle Brushes (No. 28955) are a 2-pack of rotary stainless steel wire brushes for Proxxon Micromot tools, on 2.35mm shanks. Stainless steel bristles are essential for cleaning stainless steel workpieces — using carbon steel brushes on stainless steel embeds iron particles in the surface, causing rust contamination. These SS bristle brushes eliminate that risk, making them the correct choice for weld seam cleaning, cinder and scale removal, and surface preparation on stainless steel.
Also suitable for cleaning and brushing aluminium and non-ferrous heavy metals where contamination from carbon steel bristles is a concern.
