The Proxxon Step Clamp Set (No. 24257) is a pair of step clamp assemblies for securing workpieces to the T-slot tables of the Proxxon PD 230/E and FF 230 (No. 34108) milling machines. Each pair consists of 2 step blocks, 2 clamps, 2 nuts, and 2 T-slot nuts — everything needed to clamp workpieces up to approximately 35mm (1 3/8") high directly to the machine table without additional fixturing.

Step blocks allow the clamp to be set at multiple height increments to match the workpiece height, ensuring the clamping force is applied horizontally rather than at an angle — the correct technique for secure, distortion-free workholding. Supplied in a wooden storage box. Sold as a pair (2 complete clamp assemblies).
