Description
The Proxxon THERMOCUT Fence TA 300 (No. 27078) is a precision fence attachment for the Proxxon THERMOCUT 230/E hot wire cutter that enables repeatable, accurate straight cuts for the production of geometric foam solids. The fence guides the workpiece at a consistent, fixed distance from the hot wire — eliminating the drift and inconsistency of freehand cuts and ensuring identical dimensions across multiple pieces.
The TA 300 also provides safe support for tall workpieces that would otherwise be unstable during cutting. Ideal for model builders, architects, and foam fabricators who need consistent rectangular and geometric foam blocks. Note: the THERMOCUT 230/E hot wire cutter is not included and is required for use.
