The finest diameter in the TV micro drill range — at 0.8mm, breakage risk is at its highest, making the one-piece blank construction in tungsten vanadium steel critical: the single-blank eliminates the joint between tip and shank, providing the concentricity and breakage safety needed at this ultra-fine diameter.
For drilling metal, non-ferrous metals, plastics, and wood. Speed guidance: approximately 8,000 RPM for soft materials, approximately 3,000 RPM for hard materials — at 0.8mm, correct speed selection is essential to avoid breakage.
