Manufactured from one-piece blanks in tungsten vanadium steel for highest concentricity — the single-blank construction eliminates the joint between drill tip and shank, providing breakage safety and long service life critical at this fine diameter where drill breakage is a constant risk.
For drilling metal, non-ferrous metals, plastics, and wood. Speed guidance: approximately 8,000 RPM for soft materials (wood, plastics), approximately 3,000 RPM for hard materials (steel, NF metals) — running too fast in hard materials accelerates wear and increases breakage risk at this fine diameter.
