Description
The Proxxon Universal Dividing Attachment UT 250 (No. 24046) is a precision worm-drive dividing attachment for accurate indexing and machining of circular workpieces on the Proxxon KT 150 compound table, FF 230 milling machine, and FF 500/BL milling machine. Used to manufacture sprockets, gears, ratchets, cams, and any component requiring precise angular division.
The worm drive provides smooth, backlash-controlled rotation through 360°. The handwheel features a graduated, zero-adjustable dial with 1 revolution = 10° of rotation — allowing precise angular positioning for equal-division indexing. The unit mounts horizontally or vertically to suit the machining orientation. The flange matches the PD 250/E lathe main spindle, so the 3-jaw chuck (No. 24034) and 4-jaw chuck (No. 24036) mount directly for workpiece holding.
Includes: faceplate Ø100mm and step clamp set (2 step blocks, 2 clamps, slot nuts, threaded rods, and nuts) in a wooden box. Note: workpiece not included.
