The Weha 14" x 1 1/2" BridgeSaw Milling Wheel is a heavy-duty diamond milling wheel engineered for two demanding applications in stone fabrication shops: dressing and flattening bridge saw table beds, and milling down granite, quartz, and stone slabs for backsplashes, full slab work, and thickness correction. At $1,028 it's a capital investment — built with a steel body and diamond segments rated for 1,450–1,550 RPM on standard bridge saw spindles with a 60mm arbor.
Two Primary Applications
Table Bed Dressing: Bridge saw beds accumulate saw cuts, high spots, and surface irregularities over time. The milling wheel planes the bed flat, restoring a true reference surface for accurate cuts. Essential maintenance for any high-volume fabrication shop.
Slab Milling: Used directly on granite, quartz, marble, and concrete to reduce thickness, flatten warped slabs, or create consistent surface profiles for backsplashes and full slab installations.
