Designed with 8 double segments, this modified configuration produces aggressive cutting, even wear, and remarkable operational lifespan.

Optimized to run between 5,500–8,000 RPM at 14–25 inches per minute (depending on material), this bit offers smooth cutting with minimal apple coring and excellent consistency across mixed stone production.

Fabricators report excellent longevity, averaging 100–130 sink cutouts in mixed materials, with typical service life ranging from 550–750 linear feet — and in many cases exceeding 1,000 linear feet depending on feed rate, RPM, and material.
