Weha Steel Carbon Fiber Rodding combines the raw strength of steel with the corrosion resistance of top-grade fiberglass and carbon fiber reinforcement. Engineered for granite, marble, engineered stone, quartz, and all natural stone countertops, this triple-layer rodding system supplies excellent structural support without the traditional risks of exposed steel.

Each steel core is fully encapsulated with true 8-strand top-grade fiberglass and reinforced with carbon fiber, virtually eliminating the risk of rust while significantly increasing strength. The result is a first-rate reinforcement solution that outperforms standard steel rodding and traditional fiberglass alternatives.

Engineered with multiple adhesive grooves along each side, this rodding enhances bonding surface area for stronger glue adhesion and improved structural integrity. Because it uses real fiberglass strands — not extruded plastic — adhesives bond directly to the material for a secure, lasting hold.
