The Proxxon MP 120 MICRO-Press delivers approximately 1,000N (100kg) of pressing force through a rack-and-pinion mechanism with a solid steel arm and 120mm throat — giving you the reach and force needed for pressing bearings in and out, setting rivets, imprinting, edging, bending wire and sheet stock, embossing, beading, and crimping of easily formed materials. The ground steel base plate with centre bore and two fastening bores allows the press to be bolted to a workbench for stable, repeatable operation.

What is the throat depth?
The throat depth is 120mm — the distance from the ram centerline to the frame column. This determines the maximum distance from the edge of a workpiece to where you can apply pressing force. 120mm accommodates most bench-scale pressing tasks.
What is the maximum stroke?
65mm with an inserted tool, or 50mm above the revolving plate. This is the total travel of the ram from fully raised to fully lowered.
