The conical profile reaches into recesses and curved areas, and the hook and loop (Velcro) backing mounts and releases from the WP/E instantly. Two sponges per pack.

The WP/E sponges are available in three grades for different stages of the polishing process:

1. Hard sponge (No. 29096) — this sponge: For applying and working in polishing compound. The firmer construction distributes compound evenly and provides the cutting action needed to remove light scratches and oxidation.
2. Medium sponge (No. 29095): For intermediate polishing passes — refining the surface after the hard sponge and removing compound residue.
3. Soft sponge (No. 29094): For final high-gloss finishing and wax application. The softest grade for the most delicate final pass.
