Description
Purpose-built for the hardest sintered materials in fabrication today. Tenax Ceramic & Porcelain Diamond Blades are engineered specifically for cutting porcelain, ceramic, and ultra-compact sintered surfaces — materials that standard stone blades struggle with. The diamond matrix and bond are optimized for high-density materials, delivering clean cuts, long blade life, and minimal chipping on porcelain countertops, large-format slabs, and sintered stone surfaces. Available in 12" and 14" for bridge saw use.
Compatible Materials
- Porcelain countertops and large-format slabs
- Ceramic tile and surfaces
- Sintered stone (Dekton, Neolith, and similar ultra-compact surfaces)
Key Features
- Sintered-specific diamond matrix — engineered for the hardness and density of porcelain and ultra-compact surfaces
- Chip-minimizing performance — clean edge quality on hard, brittle sintered materials
- Long blade life — consistent performance across high-volume fabrication use
- Two sizes — 12" and 14" for bridge saw compatibility
- Wet use only — requires proper water flow at all times during cutting
Performance Specifications
- Straight cut feed rate: 800–2,000 mm/min (adjust based on blade diameter and material thickness)
- Miter cut feed rate: 500–1,400 mm/min (adjust based on blade diameter and material thickness)
- RPM: Follow machine and blade size manufacturer recommendations
Cutting Recommendations
- Reduce feed speed by 40–50% when entering and exiting the cut
- Reduce feed speed by approximately 40% when cutting 45° miters
- Ensure proper water flow at all times — dry cutting will damage the blade and the material
- Adjust RPM and feed rate based on blade diameter and material density
- Always follow machine manufacturer RPM specifications for the blade size in use
