The vibration-dampening cup wheel for smoother grinding and less operator fatigue. The Weha 4" Rubber Diamond Cup Wheel features a specially engineered rubber isolation layer between the diamond body and threaded insert — absorbing vibration at the source before it reaches the grinder and operator. The result is smoother operation, cleaner shaping, improved surface control, and significantly reduced fatigue during extended use.

The rubber core also protects the grinder itself — reduced vibration transmission means less wear on the tool's bearings and motor over time.

  • Coarse Grit — aggressive material removal; use for heavy grinding, leveling, and initial surface prep; maximum stock removal with vibration control
  • Medium Grit — intermediate refinement; use after Coarse for controlled smoothing before polishing pads or honing sequences
