The Weha Donkey FF Quartz Face Diamond Polishing Pads are engineered specifically for polishing quartz, engineered stone, and sintered surfaces on automatic edge polishing machines. Available in seven grits from 400 through 10000, these 6" hook & loop pads deliver a consistent, swirl-free finish on quartz and porcelain edges — materials that demand a more aggressive, purpose-built pad than standard granite polishing sequences.

Why Quartz Needs Its Own Pad
Quartz and engineered stone are harder and more abrasion-resistant than natural granite or marble. Standard polishing pads wear prematurely and can leave micro-scratches on quartz edges. The Donkey FF formula uses a higher diamond concentration and a harder bond matrix specifically calibrated for engineered stone — delivering a cleaner, faster polish with less pad consumption per linear foot.
Grit Sequence Guide
- 400 Grit — Heavy stock removal, grinding out saw marks and chips
- 600 Grit — Secondary grinding, smoothing 400 scratches
- 1000 Grit — Pre-polish, surface begins to develop sheen
- 2000 Grit — Light polish, removes 1000 scratches
- 3000 Grit — Medium polish
- 6000 Grit — High polish, near-mirror finish
- 10000 Grit — Final buff, full mirror finish on quartz edges
