- Select RPM range based on blade flange diameter: Ø380 (2,100–2,400 RPM), Ø410 (1,700–2,100 RPM), Ø460 (1,500–1,800 RPM)
- Reduce feed speed by 40–50% when entering and exiting the cut
- Reduce feed speed by approximately 40% when cutting 45° miters
- Ensure proper water flow at all times — dry cutting will damage the blade and the material
- Always follow machine manufacturer RPM specifications for 14" blades
