The Tenax Universal Repair Kit is a complete, color-matched repair system designed for fabricators and restoration professionals working on granite, marble, quartz, quartzite, limestone, and ceramic. Where cyanoacrylate systems like TeFill handle hairline cracks and small chips, the Universal Repair Kit is built for larger edge chips and surface damage that require material buildup, color matching, and a polishable finish indistinguishable from the original stone.

The plexiglass mold system holds the adhesive in place during cure, allowing precise rebuilding of edge profiles and surface voids. Five coloring pastes (white, yellow, red, blue, black) can be blended to match virtually any stone tone.

• 6 × 50ml adhesive cartridges
• 5 coloring pastes (75ml each) — White, Yellow, Red, Blue, Black
• 1 cartridge gun
• 10 mixing tips
• 4 plexiglass slides (mold system for edge and surface rebuilding)

How to Use

1. Thoroughly clean the chipped area to remove debris and contaminants
2. Mill and slightly round the damaged area to prepare the surface
3. Remove dust and allow the area to dry completely
4. Position and clamp the plexiglass slide over the chipped area to create the mold
5. Blend coloring pastes on a flat surface to match the stone tone
6. Load the cartridge into the gun and dispense adhesive
7. Mix the color blend with the dispensed adhesive
8. Insert the colored adhesive into the gap between the plexiglass and the chipped area
9. Allow to cure for 24 hours
10. Remove the plexiglass, trim excess adhesive, and refine the edge for a smooth, polishable finish
