Description
The Proxxon Tungsten Carbide Burrs (No. 29064) are taper profile tungsten carbide (wolfram carbide) rotary burrs for Proxxon Micromot tools, on 3.2mm shanks. Designed specifically for wood processing, model-making, and surface work on glass fiber reinforced synthetics (GRP) — not suitable for metals.
The taper profile tapers to a point, making it ideal for V-groove cutting, chamfering, angled surface work, and reaching into tight corners and narrow recesses where cylindrical or ball nose burrs cannot access. At 4.0 × 19mm, the long, slender taper provides excellent reach into deep grooves and recesses. Operating range: 5,000–20,000 RPM. Highly durable and easy to clean using a Bunsen burner to burn off wood residue.
