Glaxs Sulzer Cartridge Glue

Color-matched, zero-yellowing seam adhesive in a ready-to-use cartridge. Tenax GLAXS Sulzer Cartridge is a two-component hybrid polymer adhesive — not an epoxy, polyester, or methacrylate — engineered specifically for visible bonding of ceramic, porcelain, quartz and stone. Available in 24+ colors for precise seam color matching across the most popular quartz, porcelain, and engineered stone slabs. Zero yellowing in sunlight and proven UV stability make it suitable for indoor and outdoor visible joints alike.

Supplied in a pre-dosed 215 ml 2:1 bi-axial cartridge — resin and hardener are pre-measured and dispensed simultaneously through a static mixing nozzle, so every bead comes out at the correct ratio with no batch mixing and no ratio errors. Cures fast to a glossy, easily polishable finish with no halos or shadowing on light material. Requires a 2:1 cartridge gun.

How to Use

Ensure all surfaces are clean, dry, and free of dust and grease
For glossy or smooth surfaces, lightly sand prior to application
Load cartridge into a 2:1 cartridge gun; remove cap and attach static mixing nozzle
Purge before bonding: discard the first 10–20 grams of extruded product (about a 4-inch line) to ensure full mixing — repeat every time you fit a new nozzle
If you pause longer than 3 minutes between extrusions, purge another 10–20 grams before continuing; after a pause longer than 5 minutes, fit a fresh nozzle (warmer shop temperatures shorten these windows)
Extrude with steady, constant pressure so both components mix correctly through the nozzle
Apply adhesive and assemble components within the working time window
After use, remove and discard the mixing nozzle, clean the tip, and replace the cap
Store between 65°F–77°F away from heat, humidity, and direct sunlight
Product will not cure below 34°F (1°C)
Not recommended for permanent water immersion after curing (fine for rain and weather exposure; not for submerged joints)
